She is Associate Professor at the University of Florida College of Nursing and Co-Founder of the University of Florida Center for Arts in Medicine and the University of Florida
Center for Spirituality and Health. Dr. Lane works with nurses, healthcare professionals, students, caregivers, and individuals seeking holistic approaches to stress reduction, resilience, healing, creativity, and spiritual well-being through nature immersion, mindfulness, forest therapy, reflective practices, and expressive arts. Her services include Nature as Medicine
experiences, guided forest therapy walks, mindfulness and body fulness practices, creative healing workshops, Caring Science education, retreats, and integrative wellness consultations focused on reconnecting individuals with the healing intelligence of nature.
